The strength and foundation of Loughridge & Company LLC is the caliber of leadership and experience of our founder, William Loughridge. Bill has over thirty years of experience in the Richmond market and has built and renovated over two million square feet of space for a diverse roster of clients. This includes serving as a former minority owner and officer of the largest locally-owned construction firm in Richmond. A graduate of Virginia Military Institute, Bill patterned his career and his company from a desire to achieve results through diligent performance and ethical service.
